-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Many problems with these highlight points.
Lets start with....
· Ceos taking all our money?
Our money? Its not my money till I work and earn it.
· Corporations shipping our jobs out of the country?
Again, we're not entitled to these jobs. We live in a global economy(LIKE IT OR NOT), and we have to compete for these jobs.
Next....
· Companies escaping THEIR tax burden?
Their not escaping anything. If they make profit in this country, then they pay taxes, if they make a profit in China, the America is owed no taxes.
Next....
· Having no retirement?
Retirement is not a right. Go start a ROTH or traditional IRA if you company does not offer it.
Next....
· Big business getting so big it seems to control everything?
Tell that to Borders book store, Circuit City, Comp USA, Kmart, Gm, Chrysler
Next....
· Gas prices with record profits for oil companies?
Exxon last year made 2 cents profit of every gallon sold in America. Government including Federal, and state, made an average of 48 cents. Plus Oil is global product, of curse their going to have record profits every year. As long as wold wife growth continues, so will the demand for oil. Plus, Oil companies don't set the price of oil.
Next....
· The banks exploiting the average hard working American?
How?
I could go on, But I think you get the point. This BLOG, wants everyone to believe they are victims. I'm no victim.
That goes to show you how stupid people are! How the hell can he be so nieve into thinking that, people need to take a better look at whats going on around them!!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE.....
ReplyDeleteHey twit your not a victim your a dumb ass!!!! But just like corporate America wants .him to think he's a sheep being led to sloughter .good luck ! Dumb ass
ReplyDeleteWhere do I start,
ReplyDeleteYou say 48 cents of tax on gas, hello! Almost $4 a gallon? The other $3 per gallon must be part of their record profit while the consumer get gauged. Isnt like there is an alternative to oil when Big oil created a monopoly on the product with no alternative fuel.
Banks,
"How" you saw, are you kidding me. Explain interest rates and compounding interest, revving, etc. Yeah i bought my home at 5.38% interest yet i pay 250% of what i borrowed because interest is front loaded. Hmmmm, how is that 5%, lol!!
Is this guy for real? We are not entitled to good American jobs and for them to stay in our country? Fucking moron, that attitude will take you right to the soup line.
ReplyDeleteI noticed he left a lot of points out, must agree with those.
ReplyDeleteSorry to burst his bubble but retirement is a right when you agreed to have it and your employer takes it from you. I believe every company should have to pay into some retirement on behalf of their workers and I think most hard working people will agree with me on that.
What the hell does he mean about the CEOS money. Are you ok with them milking every dime out of the system while they put their workers in the poor house? His comment is ridiculous, I guess he watches Fox and believes what the tv tells him. Yeah we are looking for free handouts while we work our ass to the bone and then get put out to pasture late in life when we can't find another job.
Obviously he's butt hurt because he must be one of those punk ass individuals this site is talking about , he can kiss my UNION ASS
ReplyDeleteCEO's taking our money? Stoney says, "Our money? Its not my money till I work and earn it." Stoney is wrong, so let me explain. Theirs many reasons why Stoney is wrong, but I will focus on a few for now. The money that these shady and ruthless CEO's are stealing from us, IS OUR MONEY! Because all of the American currency is backed by the "full faith and credit of the United States, we the American tax payers are backing this money, so we Americans need to make sure that our money keeps circulating (investing)in this country and not foreign ones.
ReplyDeleteIn fact, CEOs steal Americans money with unfair competition(oligopoly). Then they increase their prices and decrease their services.
CEO's are stealing our money because they are not paying it out to us like they are supposed too (unfair wages). Then they either hoard our stolen money or invest it in other countries, which leaves less for America.
CEO's are stealing our money by manipulating commodities(crude oil, aluminum, copper ect.) Let me state that even though Americans do not always buy a commodity directly it still effects the cost of what you are buying indirectly; in addition, even though CEO's use the cheapest labor from other countries to produce the majority of the commodities, they still keep increasing in cost, slowly but surely.
Ben Bernanke, which has the title of President and not CEO, is another thief. When the President of the privately owned Federal Reserve(Ben Bernanke) decided to print more American currency to stimulate the economy (Quantitative Easing), he hurt all American people by devaluing the dollar. The good news is that this only effects us when buying commodities. The bad news is that commodities are in just about everything we buy or the commodity helped produce the things we buy. So we are still F***. For example, the price of gas is not only increasing because of greed and profits but also less purchasing power(devaluation of the dollar).
So to conclude, we don't get paid enough by these CEO's. Then these CEO's unfairly increase the cost of some of the most used commodities, and then they devalue the little money we do have. Oh, I almost forgot. Once these CEO's steal our money, they hoard it and invest it in other countries. A** holes!
wow really? Is this guy for real? Sound like a BITCH looking for some attention since his wife wont give it to him. Maybe she was like a ceo and took her money and ran. maybe she wasnt giving it up to you and excaped her tax (wink wink) burden. our maybe she got tierd of being with a bitch like stoney and started out-sourceing her "product". after all it is a global economy like it or not. what a DICK!!!
ReplyDeleteWELL SAID CHRIS
ReplyDeleteTell him to go fuck his self
ReplyDeleteOver 30 years ago, I entered into my career. Throughout my career, I enjoyed excellent wages and benefits. As I now look back, I see a picture that shows a realization of corporate greed.
ReplyDeleteAfter 31+ years, my wages barely doubled.
However, if you do the math, what has happened to the cost of living over 30 years ??? The cost of a home, cost of an automobile, cost of a gallon of gas, cost of a gallon of milk, cost of utilities, etc, etc....
At this point in history, the blue collar worker struggles on a daily basis to make ends meet in this economy. At the same time we hear about Oil Co's making record profits, as well as others. And then to add insult to injury, we hear about million dollar bonuses paid to CEO's and or their underlings.
Money doesn't disappear off the face of the earth or disintegrate in the atmosphere. The first dollar ever printed is still circulating in our economy. However, it is NOT being shared with the American Worker, as it was 30 years ago.
Ask yourself why this might have happened and we all could come up with various answers.
Projected earnings to appease stock holders...
GREED....
Good old American competition between Co's...
GREED....
Money means POWER....
GREED....
Who knows, maybe a CEO was enjoying one of many vacations at the lake, and was disturbed at seeing a Working American that puts in an 80 hour work week, having a nicer boat than his !!!!
The tools are in our hands to change this erosion in the workforce.
If it means that we have to patronize Union Oil instead of Shell, or shop at Target instead of K-Mart, it can be done.....
I have faith in my country.
WE CAN change it !!!!!!!
