Are you tired of ..........?xml:namespace>
· Feeling like no one is fighting for working people?
· Ceos taking all our money?
· Corporations shipping our jobs out of the country?
· Companies escaping THEIR tax burden?
· Having no health care?
· Health care costs killing you?
· Making an economic decision to not utilize your Health Care?
· Having no retirement?
· Big business getting so big it seems to control everything?
· Gas prices with record profits for oil companies?
· Your hard work being exploited by a company?
· The banks exploiting the average hard working American?
· Being afraid to ask for a raise?
· The cost of living rising faster than your wages?
· Being laid off?
· Being over qualified for your job because you can't find a better paying one?
· Living pay check to pay check?
· Working in fear?
Come on!! If working people WANT to work, they can find the jobs they need. You're just pumping your agenda trying to scare everyone. The average working class citizen is fine and he's not complaining, like you do..ReplyDelete
Realist must be CEO of a company becouse from what he or she post !!! Is so not true and he or she lives in a word of his or her own !!!!!! You can't tell me that all the unemployed people that are in America don't want to work !!!!!! Come on make sence when you talk or don't talk at all !!!!!! This what this blog is about corprate America telling you its your falt your not working or cant afford medical or the basic you need !!!!!!! Realist your a dumb ass!!!!!@!ReplyDelete
OK genius, 10% are unemployed, hmm,, that means 90% are employed. Of the 10% that are unemployed, 40-50% of them are just too lazy to go out and get a job. Especially if they belong to a UNION. Because if they're in a UNION, then they are limited to what they can look for. They still need to pay their dues, but if they find a NON-Union job OH MY!!!! They get kicked out of the union they were in, that which couldn't find them a job in the first place. Sounds like a vicious circle to me. I talk to plenty of business owners looking to hire dependable employees, and they are constantly complaining about the work ethic of young men and women today....ReplyDelete
Realist now I know your in a dumb ass !!!! If your lucky to be a union member you don't pay dues if your not working at you union job !!!!! You will not get kicked out of the union if you work for a non union company !!!!!! The business owner you talk to are the tipe of owners who are exploding workers !!!! So they cans find to work for them are not dependable you get what you pay for!!!!!!!! Yes i am a proud teamster and the bull shit you write piss me off!!!! It's lies and anti union crap !! Like i said make sence when you talk or dont talk at all !!!!!!!ReplyDelete
Hey Realist what brought you to this site in the first place? Are you on here just to bash American workers and what we`re trying to build? Or do you just want some attention? Well here`s some attention from one of the "lazy" unemployed Americans that you seem to be a little out of touch with.ReplyDelete
You say you talk with plenty of business owners? When was the last time you spoke with an average working class person? Have you ever sat down and listened to a workers issues and realized life is not a fairy tale?
Do you understand that folks are out of work and struggling to stay above water? Not because we are "lazy" and don`t want to work, but because greedy employers are taking advantage of America`s current economic situation. If they can get the job done by working their current employees to the bone, without a fair compensation, they will. As long as they continue to get their profit, they don`t care about their workers` well being.
I hope you feel all warm and fuzzy that we`ve given you some attention.
The cold thing is the realist wouldn't respond to being called a CEO yet has the audacity to continue on about something he doesn't know anything about. Well i am an average working class man in the IE here the average job is paying less than poverty wages no medical no retirement. Don't worry realist this site doesn't "scare" me instead it motivates me to tell another average worker what's going on and where he or she can get themselves informed. Realist GYST and you won't have to be "scared" of your employees, visiting this site and educating themselves. Keep It Real realistReplyDelete
You’re full of shit realist; I am one of those citizens who has been taking for granted by a greedy company like FedEx Corp. They redefined our old pensions to less, FedEx sticks us to a worthless 401k plan that FedEx and the Wall Street thugs control.ReplyDelete
Let’s go on to what Freddy Smith rape us on next, when FedEx raised our medical benefits and make the employees pay more for family coverage, we get less on our coverage by paying more on visitation for our family, and more for our prescription, while the top CEO’s pockets the money.
Employees of FedEx pocket less and work more for the greedy Bosses…
FedEx claims they pay us well, what good is it paying us well when they reduce your hours to less than 40 hrs, or reduce the job titles to less, so the greedy CEO’s can pockets more money in their pocket.
FedEx is one of those companies that love to put fear on employees, they won’t allow us to speak up for our Rights, when we question issues, FedEx calls us disengage employees for trying correct wrongful issues, those that speak up are always pull out of the group, and those that don’t speak up are call an engage employee.
I believe what this man is saying on this YouTube video, and I think he is right; you can’t silence a man for believing what’s right and wrong, because Right always wins.
